Bring It...LET'S RIDE  Smiley

The ride on Saturday May 29 will take us through The Devil's Triangle,Backroads along beautiful Norris Lake and the Obed River Basin, The Tree House near Crossville and Ozone Falls . This is one of my favorite loops with great roads and awesome scenic views along the way.Ride in on friday evening May 28, The ride will be Saturday May 29 we'll head for home on Sunday morning May 30.The motel will be Motel 6 at 402 Lovell Rd in Knoxville,Tennessee. This is a single level park at your door motel that we've used several times in the past for our rides. You will need a room for Friday May 28 and Saturday May 29.I called and we do get a discount the rates are $31.66 tax included for a single and $37.98 tax included for a double . ATTENTION ....Be sure to say  " THE TREE HOUSE RIDE " when making reservations.Make reservations as soon as possible with this being a holiday weekend.Anyone wanting a Devils Triangle tee shirt or sticker they are now available and we will stop at the store for a break.

Motel 6

402 Lovell Rd. Knoxville,TN ( Exit 374 off I-40 )

The Obed River these roads we'll be on getting to here are outstanding very rural and out in the middle of nowhere.

Joe if you all want I can take a picture of each of the riders in a good curve or something.

If they will space out about 5 seconds apart on cue.

Tally up thier email addresses and I can send them to them or they can have my email address

and they can request their picture on the Devil's Triangle from me.

Just a thought , mull that over and tell me what you want, cause I can't ride, I can help.

It might be good to have a picture to remember the ride as you rode it.

And it's free.

When I get a picture of myself on the Dragon , people always ask who took the picture.

KILL BOY, MOON SHINE, ZEE, US129, DRAGON PHOTOS and they all end up costing about 5

bucks a pic.

Sounds like a good idea Al.  cooldude

Hey Joe - what time are you planning to meet folks at what restaurant Friday night? I saw on one of these threads that we should come hungry Friday.... didn't catch the time or location.

Any idea how many riders are expected? We have 4 for sure from Atlanta, maybe 5.  Cool

We're looking forward to this ride Joe....we rode over to N.C. last weekend to Laurel Springs...exit 248 on the Blue Ridge...to a place called Station's Inn, must have been 3-400 bikes there...they cater to bikes, actually there are two places there...restaurant and motel, they even had a vendor set up in the parking lot....met this guy named Hoss who was on your fall color ride 2 years ago, I told him I'd say howdy for him.....we'll see ya friday at the hotel....

Check this guy out...he rode this set up all the way fro La.....I asked him if the cops gave him any trouble with him not having any plates, he said not yet... cooldude

I saw this on some guys bike and it reminded me of someone I know.... Grin

The guy on the mini bike reminds me of the stuff I used to do when younger.  Lips Sealed

I'll be there Fri evening. My mutt is doing pretty well so I have a friend coming in a few times a day to let him out for a pee break. He's got an amazing bladder for a 14 year old mutt. He goes all night with no problem and doesn't whine to be let out in the morning.

Yes Friday Joe.

I am thinking of setting up in the 2nd to last turn before you hit the Brushy Mountain Memorial

Prison.

There is a parking area there and the lighting should be neutral.

How does that sound.

Big AL

PS I will call you tomorrow.

Here's Hopin for a Big Turnout and Good Weather and Safe WInds.
