I finally picked up my Valkyrie tourer in April 2010.
I had quite a few bikes, by far this one is the best I have ridden.
I have already started changing things on it, trying different combinations.
She is sweet...here are a couple of pics,
Thanks.

Very nice.  Congrats!

It'll be at LEAST 8 years before you stop smiling.  Thats how long I have had mine, and I have not stopped yet.

Let me say one thing.

Kuryaken Tranny Cover.

Other than that you have a show winning scoot.

Don't listen to Al. Next thing he'll have you do is install a NMC Tire on it.  2funny Seriously though the tranny cover is a must install when you can.  cooldude

Great looking bike! My first Valk was a red and black Standard, so I'm partial to the color.

You guys just won't give Big Al a break   Angry    Sure made me laugh though  Evil

Very nice bike Weasel and welcome to the board... I see that you have only made 3 posts but I am sure that will increase in time.  Just remember no question is a stupid question.  You can always do a search for what you are looking for but if all else fails post your question.  Oh, and check out the big "get together" in July up in Michigan.  It will be a great time... I hope you can make it!

Congratulations!  cooldude  I like the color and the bling (the fender protectors and the chrome on top of the bags. I'll be looking for that kind of upgrades as the paychecks allow.

I just bought a standard (about 2 weeks ago) -- still haven't taken any pic's to post. I'll work on that.

I'm in central Utah: we woke up to fresh snow this morning. Kinda put a damper on the riding for today.

Three day weekend is coming... and the forecast is for dry roads and calm winds!

Congrats. Welcome to the last bike you'll ever want.
I too have had many, many bikes over the last 38 years and I gotta tell ya, I'm done. It took a year to find out where the throttle stop was.
I found it again the other day when entering the freeway which was allready in progress.
MAN THATS FUN!!!
Come by often. Theyres good people here.

Get yourself a nickel and keep it on the bike. When folks say how smooth is it, and they will everytime you're parked somewhere with other bikes around, you can take your nickel out and show them. cooldude

And if you change it to fast black, it will go warp speed!  It don't git no better than that!!!
