We're heading out to Colorado Springs Thursday (via air) for a four day weekend to attend a wedding.  Anyone have any suggestions of where to go and what to see?  We go out at least once a year, but, thought someone might have a suggestion that we've never explored!  We hope to go out to Royal Gorge on Thursday and still have Friday scheduled as a playday.
Does anyone know if there is a Honda dealer in Colorado Springs that rents Hondas?  We'd love to rent a bike and ride through the mountains!
Thanks,
John

BH,

If you have been there, I always make Garden of the Gods a stop. Also, a friend of mine told me about Wilkerson's pass the other side of Pikes Peak...there are a couple little towns along the way.

One thing...take pics...and post them...

Have a good trip, and a safe ride...

If you find out you can rent, let me know, I have some friends out there that ride and I can get you some info.

I wouldn't miss an opportunity to see Seven Falls there in Colo Springs.   BEAUTIFUL place.

Small gambling town of Cripple Creek is only 45 miles out.

Of course, there's always Pikes Peak about 30 miles away.

I just got back from there last night.  I was out there visiting with Misfit, Lil'Bit, Doogie and the rest of the family.  There are many things to do and see while there.  You could always go up Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods is beautiful.  I am sure Misfit or Lil'Bit could give you a whole list of things to do!  cooldude

Call this # 719-475-2437 and check on a rental. If not I know the HD shop rents. If I were around I would love to hang with you for the weekend. I will be heading to Tucumcari early Friday morning for our anual gathering. Maybe you should fly in on Thursday, rent a bike or car and follow us to NM for the weekend and hang with a great bunch of VRCC. You would not regret it.
