we have the bikes all serviced and ready to go and most of the packing done....I spend about an hour today looking for something that Hotglue had given me to give to Joe.....about 5 am in the morning that we were leaving Texas, Hotglue came out in his PJ's and said "you're probably going to see Joe before me, I want you to give this to him..." I looked down at what he was handing me and said to myself...what the hell is Joe going to do with this......then I smiled after I realize what it meant cooldude I looked at Hotglue and he smiled back.....when I give it to Joe I expect him to have the same reaction..... I'll be heading out soon, I'm going up 28 and over the Cherohala to get to Knoxville...

I got some new waterproof boots a couple of weeks ago... I rode to work in them two or three
times to "break them in"... they're pretty comfy, but my foot hits the shifter in a different place.
I went 100 miles in them yesterday, the knuckle on my shifter toe hurts like fire... I'll use my
trusty not-waterproof boots and see how things go...

Thats a nice ride you picked getting to Knoxville  cooldude  I was going to ask you this evening about riding sweep for the group ( that red and white is easy to spot in a group ) ...Give that some thought as you travel today if you would rather not thats cool .I sure hope we don't have to worry about testing waterproof boots and rain gear on this ride  Cool  Maybe we'll get lucky I rode to Cheaha this year while Tennessee and Alabama was getting record rainfall and never had a drop of rain touch me going or coming...See you this evening Mike  cooldude
