Sugarbear, my Airhawk medium covers almost all of the Ultimate lowboy and bigboy seats (one on each IS), except the nose of the seat.  The large will cover the nose, and balloon up under your... boys.  I'm 180-5, and still will pull the cushion back or forward a little under me so I fit my driver's backrest a bit differently on longer rides.  Note the med and large are both 14" wide... the large is just 4" longer in front.

I've said it before, these cushions are one of the best riding comfort upgrades you can make.  The only time I don't use mine is cold riding when I'm geared up and my butt won't sweat, and I'm down 2/3" more behind the shield.  My OE IS windshields actually fit me better sitting on the cushion.

BTW, I believe this is the cheapest you can find them.

FYI, the warranty (new) is one year.  They are really pretty tough, but you do not want to stand up on the boards to stretch and let the hot air out, and then slam down on it (don't ask).   The vulcanized edge seam blew out and it could not be repaired.   tickedoff
