Corbin seat recovering? I can't remember the name and contact info of the guy that does custom seat work. I want saddle grade leather for my seat, not that crap Corbin is using now. My original seat has lasted 100,000 miles. The new corbins won't hold up like that.

any help?

Could it be Carman Allen?  http://www.carmanallen.com/

That's who I was thinking of.  I've heard that the true saddle leather stays "hard" so that would be my only concern.  I remember Flyboy had an issue in that regard.

Carmen lives near Carswell Naval Reserve Base in West Fort Worth.  Usually has some seats already made up on his own bikes, so you might want to take a drive over and see them, feel them before you decide to go this direction.

The craftsmanship is incredible, by the way - beautiful work.
