I have heard of others using Red Testors paint on the inside of the lens......

Edit..... Just read on the Tech Board about red rear lenses here...

autzone use to sell some clearance lights made by Blaze. You had to cut the center of the white part where clearance bulb went and glue the remaining white part in your housing and the lens just snapped on the white part with no screws.
