I got a ride up to Port Orchard, Washington today, about 200 miles from where I am staying and picked up my new IS.  Got to ride it back where I am staying in Washington and got some great views of Mt. Rainier, Mt St. Helens, and Mt Hood on the ride home.  Unfortunately it was almost all on freeway but still had some beautiful scenery here in Washington.

The bike performed flawlessly.  Going to have to get used to the floorboards and different positions of the brake and shifter, but other than that I felt right at home.  I was a liitle nervous the first 50 miles or so until I got out of the Tacoma and Olympia traffic but then things just fell into place.

It was sure great to get back in the saddle and go for a much needed ride.

Congratulations, Clint.  I'm just wondering how many Interstates can be left in Port Orchard.   Grin

I'm glad you'll be getting back to some time in the wind.   cooldude
