no, Julia doesn't do much vocalization.
the other one, our male named Cornelius, is the one who sings.
but no talking. they don't speak human any better than I speak cockatiel.
But Julia will perch on anything, Cornelius is scared of nearly everything, including his own feathers when they fall out.
