Batwing

Are any of you running the Memphis Shades Batwing on your valk Std. or tourer. I resently purchased the Batwing w/ 12" Windscreen and the quick release mount. After riding about 1800 miles with it I really like it. My only issue is I would like to angle the top of the windscreen forward maybe an inch or 2. (More vertical) I'm out of adjustment though.   
The only way I can come up with for doing this is to cut the mount and TIG weld a patch piece in dress weld down flat and repolish mount.   
Any suggestions or thoughts welcome !!!

i cut two small bars of aluminum that bolt to the upper part of the fairing mount and are secured  where the original mount would have hooked. had to move the headlight out and down a bit to clear the new fairing position.
