Me and my sister had inherited two lots which are 5.12 acres together side by side according to the surveyors map ... their located in a Subdivision called Aspen Springs V , West of Pagosa Springs ..... we have been keeping the taxes up since about 1995 I guess , when my folks passed away ... anyway we and certainly me are tired of paying taxes on property we won't be using any time soon. the lots are free and clear with no leans at all and are the lots are undeveloped with NO RESTRICTIONS OR BUILDER ASSOC. TO DEAL WITH ..... we are at the point of selling them ASAP ... MY proposal is this , I would like to trade these two lots for either two Valks or one Valk and a Goldwing 1500 /1800 WHICH are in damn good shape NO CLUNKERS with a free and clear texas title ( no salvage titles ) and in Texas preferebly , because I do not want to hassel with shipping or having to fly up and drive back , I'll drive up in Texas but not out of state to pickup a bike . IF your out of state and want to buy the land outright then call me or email me ...... I'll sell the two lots for $ 20,000 or OBO , now I'm not going to give the land away either , OK ..... the bikes I'll subtract their value from the asking price and you pay the difference in cash and the buyers are responsible for the tranfer fees of the deed and any surveying costs .....
