Well how about that.

Do what they tell you and if it does not make sense, get a second opinion.

Symptoms include, and not limited too, partial facial paralysis, window shade type vision,

the vision  usually clears up in about 20 minutes, but could be a little blurred for about two days.

The paralysis usually includes one side of the face or the other and does last a few hours , but

should be noticably better after that, but if you get fatigued it can creep back for a short while.

Stay close to a cell phone, but the emergency is not time sensitive with these.

A trans esophogeal echocardiograhm(TEE) is the gold standard for the hole in the heart prognosis.

It is called a Peyton Framen Ovale, or ASD seperation, common , 1 in 4 have them from Birth.

Surgery is straightforward. Not a huge difficult surgery but one that is to be respected.

I am so sorry to hear you are having problems my heart and thoughts and prayers go out to you .

I have had 13 TIAS in the time I have been dealing with this.

But that is not typical.

I am having more than my share.

Well at least they proved you have a heart. Wife has some doubt about weather I got one or not. Heal fast and ride again.

Hey All,

Thanks for the well wishes, I have one more test today and then they will parole me, today they check to see if I really have a holy heart. The DR thinks it might just be my BP when I blow my stack too hard, she thinks  that my body reacts as if I am having a stroke whne my BP shoots through the roof. I guess we will see.
Again thanks for all the thoughts.
See ya on the road sooooooooooonnnnn!!! cooldude

Big Al,

that aint cussin, ask Joe, its reeedneck German.

Well I got paroled yesterday and as it turns out it was not a stroke nor a hole in the heart, it appears that my BP and the migrane headaches I get have some strange reactions in my body and can show themselves in facial paralysis and so on and it looks just like a stroke but its not, the down side is that everytime I get one of these I have to go to the hospital because they can not tell  the difference util they have poked, proded, and roded me.
Big Al I feel for ya brother, I now understand the hell you went through, man it sucks.

I will be out on the road very soon again.

@ Werner,

Ich will es hoffen das ihr es naechstes jahr zu uns schafft, ihr seit immer wilkommen.

Viele Gruesse,

Yuri, good you are out of the hospital.

SmokinJoe says doctors kill more people than Guns.

Ride on and Rock on.

Glad your OK and glad it was not a stroke.

Atypical Migraine will do the same thing they say.

I have never had a Migraine, but those things would scare me into submission.

God Bless and Good Luck Brother.

Big Al
