I attended the VOAI Rally last year in Marlinton the cool thing about this area is you can't go wrong no matter what roads you use they are all great for the art of motorcycling.I have no doubt whatsoever that whoever joins us on " The Wild And Wonderful " will be amazed by the outstanding roads and scenic veiws this part of WV offers....See you next month Robin  cooldude

Seneca Rocks was my Favorite Spot on that ride.

That Satellite Picture had a really wild look , almost spooky.

With the fog and all.

You must have took that picture a while back.

Cause when we was there it was sunny.

Yes, 39 is a good road. Not a lot of twisties but a good road. We left the BRP and made our way to 39 and rode it into Marlinton several yrs. ago. I've been wanting to do it again.  cooldude

Ronnie, it's not looking like I can make Inzane this year.  If you (and others) do decide to ride up to the Marlinton area, please let me know and we can do a meet-in-the-middle.  I have been riding over into WVa more often this year (from NoVA).

Robin....I lived in that area for over 20 years and there is not a road in that area that you wouldn't enjoy.....Ronnie's right, 39 is a nice road but not a peg dragger, 252 about the same....both are great scenic rides...when you decide to check that area out, let me know maybe we can hook up...
