Anyone out there replaced their risers on an interstate? I'm looking for risers with between 1 to 2 inches lift and about the same in pullback. Only thing is there isn't allot of room between the risers and the front fairing/dash on the interstate and a riser that is too straight will be in contact with the dash pod.
I see suppliers with risers that say they are for Valkyries, but the standard and tourer do not have the fairing obstructions. Can anyone recommend a riser that will work?

Thanks
Gary

These are what I use (and many other folks on this forum).  I have been extremely pleased with mine.

This should give you an idea.

I use the HD Deuce on my Interstate.
Had to make some new bumpers between the Riser and Dash. I just got some black rubber things from the hardware store.
I have had them 2 years and Love riding with my elbows a little bent...
I am a little short I guess. 5'7"... These took care of that problem for me.

I use the HD Deuce risers as well (Interstate).
Two easy modifications were necessary:
1) Drill out the mounting holes to 1/2"; this requires very little drilling.  Stock risers still work after drilling.
2) Reroute cables to the inside of the tree.

Both mods are pretty simple (after all, if a girl can do it.... Wink )
You might have had to get longer bolts... can't quite remember (it's been awhile).

I used the LaMonster risers before switching to deuce, they work fine, but the deuce have quite a bit more rise and pullback.

You can't do much about the length of your life, so focus on the width.
