Actually it's 3.5 MM but 5/32nd will work. OEM is a metric size.

hope this will help: Anytime you want to convert mm. to inches>>>>
1mm. = .03937" so with a stock Vacuum Line size of 3.5mm
                     
   3.5 x .03937 = 0.137795" (Round to nearest Thousandth = 0.138")
