I'm thinking of replacing my 150/70-17 front tire with a 160/70-17 REAR tire. Since it's a trike it should have minimal handling issue and better durability. Thoughts?  Will it fit under the fender?  Mount it backwards ?   Cool

When my local trike builders convert a Wing: They put a rear tire on the front and mount it in a backwards rotation. This is because the front on a trike has it's greatest loads when braking, similar to acceleration on the rear of a 2 wheeler.

ragnarok, welcome to the VRCC.

This subject has been discussed in great detail in the last few months.

If you click on the "SEARCH" button (near the top of the screen) and search for the terms "rear" "tire" "front" you will be busy reading for several hours (add "backwards" or "reverse" if you want to limit the topics).

In the meantime, check out the General Board and post some photos of your bike.

Welcome Aboard.

That tire is already undersize compared to OEM.
