Bikes may be halted for at least 15 minutes over this.

Obama lost in court twice and was told no ban is legal as presently put to the court in the appeal

that was handed to the Judge in this case.

Apparently has not been told he was not King Yet and States have rights.

So here we go again.

I believe the Federal Boys have over stepped the boundaries of civilized society by not adhereing to

Laws and Regualtions of the Land once again.

Coercion and Bullying will get you so far and then you will be stopped by somebody who ain't

buying the Bull that is being shoveled.

Like if a plane crashes and you say ban all flights because it is dangerous.

There is no clear and present danger to the sovreignty or Security of the United States so he needs to back off.

Bp Obviously screwed up, and the other guys drilling will think twice before taking a chance in the future.

Not a very good analogy to support your opinion…  If a plane crashes, and a defect is believed to have caused the crash, the FAA will definitely ground all like planes.  This ban is similar.  The ban stopped new deepwater drilling until investigators figured out what went wrong with the one that blew up.

It is interesting to note that the judge that lifted the ban, Judge Martin Feldman, has significant investments in the very same oilrigs that were to be banned from drilling.  Could it be a conflict of interest?  Usually when a judge contests or overturns a federal law, they are labeled an “activist judge”.  Does this apply to Judge Martin Feldman?

Well i guess they just want to feed thier families and pay the house payment, keep the lights on.

Little things like survival and the fact that the experts the Admisinisration Used were severly

misquoted in the brief to the point the motion was unbelieveable.

Verified by talking to the experts.

So once again the Idjuts in Washigton want thier way and truth be dogged. IDJUTS

I like that.

If you want to cite conflict of interest....how about Obamas man George Soros doubling down on his investments in Brazil a couple days before the billions Obama promised to give them to drill and now with the proposed ban...who is trying to get the gulf rigs........yep Brazil.....Soros will make billions to fund  the community organizing agencies he is connected to.....He is the feet that moves "president" Obama's wealth redistribution plans.........now that a big coinkidink for ya

That would be called “insider trading”, not conflict of interest, of which both are bad news.

Looks like FactCheck.org has something to say about your Obama/Soros Brazilian oil conspiracy:

When news articles site “sources”, it’s a description of where information was gathered to make the report.  In this case, the author used information from the bank involved as well as other sources.

It does not mean that the bank wrote the article.
