I woke at 5:00 am this a.m. to find Oz on his computer cruising the board. he  was on the board (really, oz!!! wouldn't sleeping in on a Sunday morning cross your mind!) found a post regarding the F6riderstore that grabbed his attention. Seems we had made a mistake and really screwed the pooch ( Sorry for the crassness but at 5:00 am that's the way I took it!) Seems I did not reply to an email that I honestly didnt get.

I feel a need to defend the store since many of you can attest to I do take care of our customers when needed.  I do reply to f6riderstore and check it several times a day. For those of you who call and leave a message I would like to make note that Oz and work full time on the west coast.  If you leave a message and I don't reply it's because it's very late your in your time zone.

I go on this board as a social person not as the business we run but if anyone really needs to contact me my personal e-mail address it twosuetoo@gmail.com. I hope all will respect my privacy and only use it when it's urgent and you feel like we have not done our job for the  club.

Mistakes are only opportunities to do things better (always been my excuse).

Karen, you saying you make mistakes?

I thought it was oZ that made all the goofs......

Kick him in his you know what and tell him to get out of the store, that is your job.   LOL......

Actually, I thought it was your daughter's job.....

You did the right thing, in a timely manner. A mistake was made and you fixed it to the satisfaction of the customer involved. No one died or ended up in the hospital because of a mistake on your part. I have not had the occasion to purchase anything from you guys, but I will, with no reservation, because I am fairly sure all will turn out well. Thanks for offering the explanation, but it wasn't necessary. cooldude

I always like to hear about situations like this where no one gets upset and starts with the cussing and fuming.  Looks like everyone acted like adults.

great statement- I am going to use it! (unless you can prove it is trade marked)
I'll still use it.
