Handle bar risers

How much can i rise my handle bars before i have to start to change my cables looking at a 4 or 5 inch rise.

These are the most movement up and back you can get without moving the throttle cables to inside the triple tree (harley deuce knockoffs).  You do need to turn the wire clips on the handlebars around 180*.
