All Inzane Room confirmations have been sent out. There are some that were returned to me for various reasons, so if you did not receive your confirmation or haven't spoken with me regarding your confirmation, please email me at motomamaDOTvrccATgmailDOTcom.
Countless hours have been put in to the process of assigning rooms and trying to accomodate everyone. For those that requested Double Queen suites or King Studios and did not get them, please know that these were assigned in the order that the reservations came in, but we did only have a limited number of those. Every effort has been made to give you your room preference, but that could not always be done.
At this time, every room at Shanty Creek's Summit Village is spoken for. YEAH!! But please, if you need a room, go ahead and reserve one via the registration site. Shanty Creek is trying to get us a few more rooms, and once those are gone, we will book at another one of their villages (3 miles down the road) for the same price of the overflow rooms at $119 per night plus tax.
We will see all of you soon in Michigan. Everone be safe!

There seem to be a few questions that keep coming up, so I thought I would address some of them here in order to avoid some emails. Each room reservation was charged an $89 deposit regardless of the type of room. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill upon checkin when you pay for your room. The type of room requested by each person registering is a "preference", not a guarantee for that type of room. As stated on the registration page, there were a limited number of the suite rooms, and once those were gone, the rooms defaulted to the $119 overflow rooms. The overflow rooms are still at ground zero, they are simply referred to as overflow because they are not part of the suites. In order to get in to an $89 double Queen suite or a $119 King studio, you have to be there all 4 event nights (Wednesday through Sunday).

One other note... "overflow" double queens and "suite" double queens have same ammenities. The double queens that are referred to as "suites" are only done so because of the bldg. wing in which they are located.
