I feel pretty sure it is but I had never seen the pic before. I know one man in Europe has joined two in-line fours to make a V8 that looked factory stock. Here it is....

Based on the tank label that says, "V - 12" and knowing that true Valkyrie fans know that the Valkyrie's power plant is a flat six, I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's a digital photo manipulation by someone who isn't really a true Valkyrie devotee.

The Kawi is the real McCoy. That one or one just like it is at Barber Motor sports museum. The "Valkyrie" looks like the view from the front of a CBX.

front to front - have to make a set of cams up for the front one as it would be turning "backwards".... crank coupling..... it could be done - it's just a matter of money.... Hmmmmmm.... you could take the right cam and put it in the left side and vice versa that might solve the valve timing issue... offset the cranks by 60 degrees so you have something firing every 60 degrees..... may have to map it out so that you get some seperaration of sequential cylinders in the combined firing order.......

To my admittedly untrained eye that looks doable by the right machinist. Two cbx engines mated to the same crankshaft in a single case with a handful of timing belts, the angle of the cylinders would even configure it as a v12......Hmm must investigate further..... Hoser http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/Custom%20Bikes/Honda%20CBX%20V12%20%203.jpgJust turn it sideways in a valk frame, ad trans and drive shaft to the end of the crank and there ya go! I doubt than any one has done it, seems they all turn it the other way, except I did see a beemer drag bike during my search that put it lengthwise. http://www.transportspecs.com/images/motorcycle_cylinders/bmw_v12_motorcycle.jpg
