Are there any holsters made to attach to a motorcycle? Besides a tank bag where would a good location be to attach a holster? The holster doesn't have to be hidden in most Western States BTW.

I say get a thigh holster. Everytime you get off the bike you will have to take it with you. I just clip mine on my side. I'm left handed, actually can shoot with either hand, so I can ride and shoot if needed. Drive by method.  Sunday I had it clipped low on my bibs. Kit was saying it was bothering her leg so i clipped it on top of the bibs under my chin. It was comfy. Call me weird but I rather have the gun on me instead on the bike. If I wreck or something. I dont like to be separated from my gun. |

Here in Liberalville Wi. we don't have a (legal) option to conceal carry. Our governor thinks we carry a cop in our pocket for protection.  So those of us who carry are now the outlaws. We can open carry but not on a bike or car. It must be out of reach, in a case, unloaded blah blah blah.  I would rather be judged by 12 than carryed by six, IMHO!!! |

[/ Open carry draws too much "LOOK AT THIS" for me. I have a Daytona Gear Tank Bag that my LCP 380 fits in nicely. I stop for eats, ect. I drop in saddle bag, lock and good to go.  |

But I reasonably believed the camera was about to shoot me, (which it did in 1/60th of a second too) and I needed to be ready. I am very lucky that the camera didn't have any film. Imagine, bringing an unloaded camera to a gun fight. |

I carry my S&W 340 Airlite j-frame in a leather pocket holster. 14 oz. gun takes up very little space.
