I used Polk db501 speakers front and back.  The installation "how to" was posted on the board here a while back.  Front sound a bit better than stock and the rear are much better than the broken ones.  Don't know about how the 401 model will work.  If you do want to use 401's let me know.  I have a new pair in the box. Don't ask.  uglystupid2

I THINK I do want to use 401's.  But I can't find any local.  i want to install them prior to going to Bellaire, and I am leaving Friday morning for that.

What do you want for them... and how can we get them to me ASAP?

Are the stock front speakers 4 inch?

Go tech board... search for "Interstate Speakers".  Your plate will be full of reading material, and how to's.

Jabba, sent you an email.  Oss, you have to cut the speaker enclousure in the trunk a bit.  Real easy to do.  The front required you to cut up the old speaker to use as a spacer.  Again real easy, I used a band saw at work.  You can use a dremel.  I lost the link to the "how to". Bill
