Thanks I was wondering what other states were behind helping and I called and left a message on Holders answering service telling of my displeasure of what he and Obama are doing. Obama is taking our tax dollars and wasting them to sue Arizona. If I had to guess I would say the cost has to be 50000.00 to a mil what a waste.

This lawsuit has a little to do with immigration and a lot to do with Fed vs States rights. The socialist feds think they're in charge of us. It's "We the people" : but the current admin doesn't know that. Too bad they didn't read the Constitution.

I don't think the lawsuit really has anything to do with the Supremacy Clause or state's/fed rights either (that's just eyewash)...... it is all about intentional Federal footdragging on border protection/enforcement and pandering to the illegals who are viewed as the guarantee of permanent democrat/socialism in this country (once they are amnestied and registered to vote).
