I too, have been interested in doing some port and polish/milling on the heads from DPR Racing, along with the web cams. But I have seen on this site and elsewhere that most people had negative things to say about the cam swap. I personally would be willing to trade some low end torque for more high end horsepower but nobody seems to know for sure if that is the gripe or if they just really don't do anything.

There hasn't been much talk about these shafts for quite some time.. The folks that have used them weren't impressed and it seems if i remember correctly the specs weren't much different from what is in your bike right now..

I have seen the question asked and replies a few times over the years and there wasn't much favorable mentioned.  Keep what you already have operating at peak with good clean air, good spark etc.  Blowers seem to give a lot of help, but then if you aren't careful, you break the lands between the rings on the left side pistons if given too much boost.
JeffK is a good source for info on the blowers, plus there are others too, he just seems to have installed and worked on quite a few.  He also installed his own fuel injection system.

thanks to everyone who replyed on this subject,  reading on webs site they make cams sound pretty good and if you  do a little work on these heads and can find some good cams I think it would really make a big difference, I have 02 1600 roadstar and put a set of patrick racing cams in it and a set of 10.50 HC pistons stock bore and it was a whole different bike really strong, can you get HC pistons for the valk

All the reading I have done here boils down to this engine is pretty much peaked out from the factory.
And the blower or nitrous are about the only thing you can do to get more power.
The other thing you could do is put her on a diet!

You can build more power, but Honda's balance of reliability, road manors and performance will suffer.
