A bit over 900 miles home. Managed to not get rained on at all today and also yesterday,  we dont count a spritz as rain here in NY its just excess humdidity or the deluge while we switched hotels cause hey we was already there

Bonnie and I had a great time and we want to give a special thank you to Lori for straightening out the accomodations snafu and all the staff and volunteers.  Gman and Cheryl are great company and we really enjoyed riding out and back with Gary and Cheryl  Could not ask for a better riding partner on a long trip than the G-Man

Next time we are going to make sure our day rides are under 200 miles so I can finally get back in time for a tech session.

Thanks also to Timbr and Chili for leading us to the Trees road 119 and their fellowship.  Nice to finally meet them after all this time. Robin and Judy thanks for leading the ride to the Penninsulas and the Dunes.  I did finally find the Zune charger as we were leaving to go home but never did find Bonnie's upper cord for the J&M helmets. Chrome thank you for bringin the POWWOW henley to IZ I proudly wore it today and it kept the rain away!

We met so many new folks to put the faces to, Laserpat (yeah I know we met before but I forgot) TP, and so many others. Had a nice conversation with OZ and F6gal after the reps meeting too and when I run for office maybe Oz will be on my ticket lol  JimL and JimC, LynDel Wiz Early Bird GearJammer, Stude and Stude31.  JoeValk and Marcia thank you Joe for the brake fluid help and also GearJammer for offering to help. ChromeDome its always fun talking with you and Black Dog and HoosierDaddy also
Momz and Pam was fun sharing the feast with you again it didnt seem like 4 years passed  Nice to meet Mad's girl Twila, we didnt get to talk much tho   and of course it was nice to see BadMoJo in person and its ride Joe, Normandog and CarolinaGirl you folks have got to get to NY someday. Skinhead now I know what you look like lol  also Jetdriver thanks for bring your lovely wife, was fun meeting her and sharing a table I am leavin out hundreds of folks but I am tired so .....

And of course a big THANK YOU to GIG who put the GMAN and myself up Monday nite and his friend for showing us how to get to the airport to get the womenfolk when their flight finally arrived.

Bonnie and Cheryl's flight had been cancelled and the next day they had to fly to DC then Detroit, whew that was stressful but nothing being around 400 of family couldnt cure.

If you missed IZX well thats a shame, try to make the next one

Said a prayer while there for good health for those who are sick or fighting the big battles like Detn8er, RJ and any others.  Hope you all are on the mend soon we missed you,

OSS,

A pleasure to finally meet you and Bonnie, and glad you are home safe.  Prior to us meeting, you asked if I looked like the picture on my posts, I thought you were referring to my avatar, I now realize you must have been referring to the picture of Walter Sobcheck.  I now understand the confusion.

See you next time.

nice seeing you, thanks for sharing your table with me again. It was a pleasure to meet your lovely wife, I see why you speak so highly of her now.

I hope to meet up with you again soon, ride safe, and don't forget to wear the proper goggles.

Oss..

Good times brother!!  I wish I could have spent more time with you and I find that many of us are saying that.  As it was last year you kick yourself for going on a long ride or missing out on something.  I wish I had more time to visit with you.  I met Gman at Des's trailer (ultimate seats) he came up to Des and told him thank you for making a great seat and my "butt" thanks you even more...   2funny

I think that next year wherever it is I am going to come up and ride two days prior and then hang out all four days.

Keep in touch and maybe we can come up.  My good friend "wildman" lives up in Woodstock, VT and I am going to try and make it up there in the next year (not in winter or maybe so, he belongs to a ski club... that could be fun)  We could have a pre-InZane meet and all go snow skiing  ???

Take care Oss

JimC  it was a real pleasure watching you put away 2 four egg omlettes with all the fixins
and having some fun recalling Lacrosse.

Small world we live in, when we were talking with Jetdriver and his wife Joyce we found out that she was Bonnie's nephews 2nd grade teacher and yes all the boys had a crush on her.

Got to love this club and the people that it has brought together

Took the words right outta my mouth, Buddy!  Always great doing the long hauls with you.  I think this was number 5 (3 Inzanes, Americaide, and the Blue/Gray).  The short ones are great, too (Bear Mountain, Bonzo's rides, etc.)

Glad we both ride the Valkyries or we never would have met, even though we live 5 minutes apart and I walked past your office 5 days a week for years!

Here's to good friends, Evan!   cooldude
