SOME people DON'T pay their fair share.  To the tune of 40% of Americans pay NO taxes at all.  The IRS is their friend... they take from us, and give to them.   Roll Eyes

i though it was about 47% who dont pay, but that ok the top 5% are paying 80% (or so ive heard)

Sooooo.... if ya buy ..... let's say a motorcylce for say......$12,000.... and sell it 10 years later for $6000 do ya get a $6000 loss ya can claim????LOL

Are they still talking about trying to charge tax on stuff ppl buy over the internet too?....I pay a pretty hefty chunk of taxes every year and I'm not even in what I consider the middle class..... Sad

Actually its already taxable, but they keep talking about having the sellers collect it since aren't paying. Right now you're supposed to report out of state purchases where sales taxes weren't collected and pay it to your state. Since most folks aren't it's created a loss of income for all states where they have to get it elsewhere.
