This is EXACTLY why bullets and guns are necessary! As soon as the judge bangs the gavel there should be a flash and a bang!

Well allegations are one thing and DNA is another.
Most likely he could be innocent and this could be a case of incest and probably is.
Time will tell and science in this case will be the determining factor.
But I guess we should go and hang the basterd to apease our blood lust.
Just like hang em high a Clint Eastwood Movie.
In that one he was innocent and they hanged him anyway and he came back and killed about
all of them.
I know I would have.

Before he is hung I would want to have pretty firm evidence, an 11 year old girl can make up some pretty weird crap if she doesn't want to tell the truth.

Despite how distasteful it is to us at times, our long standing legal system is based upon a presumption of innocence. The bail is set to guarantee the accused will appear in court, not to begin sentencing prior to the trial.
If he's guilty, he should be crushed by the entire weight of the law.

If he is guilty, he should be castrated. Tie his arms behind his back, put a rubber band around his testes, and make him watch as they turn black and fall off!
I'm tired of the criminal rights! But...first he has to be proven guilty!

Family, Al???? (just kidding!) I completely understand your point, and it is a good one. Innocent until proven guilty.

I completely understand your point, and it is a good one. Innocent until proven guilty. It's a very fine point, Charlie, but one worth clarifying. The law only addresses the presumption of innocence.
Were I to break the law (and I have) I am guilty from the moment I've committed the act, but under the law I'm presumed innocent until a court, in response to the presented evidence, declares me guilty.
The legal system doesn't make me guilty or innocent, but only declares me to be what I already am.
Later we can discuss the difference between "not guilty" and "innocent".
For those of you among us who are legal counselors, please feel free to correct my perspective.
