What kind of noise do progressive fork springs make?

Since I installed mine I sometimes have a single click in my lower fork area when I come to a stop. All looks well with the brakes, no loose fasteners that I can find. Is it the fork springs? I've read that they sometimes make noise.

I had a similar one time "click" last year.  The click was upon coming up to a stop then releasing the front break.   I also had the progressive fork springs installed but I never associated the click with the springs.

After several weeks of driving me crazy, I took the front calipers apart and found the bolt holding the brakes pads - had excessive break dust/crud.  I removed the caliper off the rotor and took a can of brake cleaner and thoroughly cleaned the bolt that holds the pads - after the cleaning - the click was gone (both sides).  Also made sure the bolt was lubed a little.  That is what it was for me anyway and glad the "click" was gone.   keep up posted.
