I have seen pictures that look like they have put the VTX-1800C model front fender on there Valk.  has anyone done this, is it a easy bolt on?  I have both bikes and the fork lowers on the VTX look like one bracket is shorter than the other.  Thinking about making the change if works.

I put one on a custom Valk years ago and shared my experience with Normand, whose article is mentioned above.
The process is not difficult, but a nice looking finished product does require some attention to the details. Put up a pic when you're done!

Here is the VTX fender (and headlight) on my 97. I followed the above directions and it is easy.

Not a VTX, but a Shadow Ace on modified VTX mounts.

thanks for the link and pic's.  I can make this happen. First point of order will be finding a front fender. Should not be to hard.
