I wonder if someone can give me an answer to this.  The rear speakers on my 99 I/S only put out the instrumental portion of the songs from my ( el cheapo) MP3 player.  The front has instumental and vocal.  Is this normal or maybe the way the music was recorded?  Or maybe something else?  TIA.  Stan

You matnot be getting both channels in the rear.
Stero has two channels vocals and instruments are on
different channels sometimes.

i'm thinking that you're not getting both your left and right chanels in your rear speakers.  or, one of your speakers are shot, or maybe the patch cord from your mp3 player going to your aux input to your radio is bad, that's what my problem was.  took the cord out, cleaned it, works good now.
