Double Valkyrie sighting in north Alabama

At 11:10 pm Thursday 5th.  Near the Alabama welcome center on I-65 exit 365.  A green IS and a red tourer passed me in my yellow mustang convertible.  I was heading north at 70mph and they blew past me at 70mph heading north.  Yep, officer, we was all doing the exact speed limit.   This was really exciting for me since I have never seen another Valk in person.  Just pics.  I may be a bit off on the colors.  Seems one had a cream tank.  It was dark.  Wasn't expecting Valks since it had been crotch rockets racing around tonight.  Have a safe trip and hurry back.  We'll leave a light on for ya.

Joe, I would love to make that ride.  The parts of the Trace that I've seen are beautiful.  Until Dec. 31, 2010 I am scheduled to work every day.  The plant is closing then and I retire that day.  Freedom at last.  You keep riding and posting pics and I'll catch up with you one day.

 I saw a red and black Valk on hiway 29 in Valley, the other day, and don't know who it was...would sure like to find out tho.don't know if he is on this board or not?

I saw a Green/Silver IS like mine going through Athens, GA yesterday around 1:30pm.....headed North with a couple of sport/tourer type bikes following him......

You must have missed a TON of good places to see another Valk....all of Joe's just about monthly rides...for years. Cheaha "in your back yard"....for 10 years. 10 Inzanes. 10 covered bridge rides. MANY Panama City Beach Valk rallies, Helen GA Valk rallies, DOTS. heck the list goes on and on and on! Where ya' been the last 10 years?   

granted, some of us just look in our garage...and we see "another" Valk    But with all the riding i do, i see SOMEONE else's Valk at least once every couple of weeks!  And sometimes, i see HUNDREDS of other Valks.....like up in Bellaire MI a couple of weeks ago
