Hello,

I am trying to straighten out my tubing and I am curious why the fuel tank breather tube ends in a 3-way joint with only one other tube attached to it (No 2 in the attached tank fiche). It is a vent tube, so not a big deal; just wondering if I missed connecting some other tube. Can someone confirm that one end of the ( No 2) 3-way joint is not used in the Valkyrie?

TIA,

Beer

The "T" in the line is also an anti siphon device so if the tank is over filled fuel won't siphon.  It is also a safety in case the bottom of the hose gets plugged.

....and it keeps stuff from being sucked up into the tube when the fuel tank cools. Lips Sealed
