I was wondering if any one has found an alternative replacement part for both the Cooling Fan Switch , and the Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor ? I have checked the Generic parts list on Shop Talk but nothing there.

No, just the Honda part #s:

Found under Radiator - # 25 Switch Assembly Thermo - 37760-MT2-003      $38.92

Found under Wire Harness - # 16 Indicator Unit - 38710-MZ0-003      $45.24

Hope this helps.......

Thanks Six Guns , Just hoping to save a buck. I will see what I can find. I have never heard the Standards fan kick on. We have really been in the heat lately. The bike has never shown any signs of over heating.I hear and feel the fan kick on and off on the I.S  but not on the standard. I removed the connection at the fan sensor and grounded it, the fan kicks on and off fine. With two Valks I figured if I could find the switch and sensor at a good price it may not be a bad idea to keep a sensor and switch on hand..I may just look into trouble shooting it farther or swapping out the sensor and switch. Again  THANKS.

Surely there are generic sensors. All you need is the tread size, pitch and temp of the switch. Then  do a search. I'd be willing to bet there are a mitt full of sensors that match.
