Glad things are clear for you...

I have not heard much from the Jersey boys lately...

I will keep you posted on any rides or even getting out for a couple hours...

Just thought I would throw out the idea for a NJ / PA ride for VRCC members. Way too hot right now but maybe in a week or so ?

Andy, let me know, if possible I will be there. I'm near Burlington, we ride 537 out to Jackson quite often, up 539 through Allentown, back 526 through Imlaystown & such.

Thanks,

Henry

Yeah, sounds good. Can't beat Gaetano's. I've been a customer of Andy's at his Pennypacker Willingboro location for years. Hell, medium is big enough I split it with my girl. Never shipped food before? Have to look into that one. Some things will always be the best!

....yup...Andy is the man....I used to live in Garfield Park, and he,s the one I used to go to all the time...and you,re right a "medium" is enough for two...but ya gotta remember its been 6 years since Ive had one !  Evil

....used to go there....get my steak sandwich...ride down to the river at the end of High Street in Burlington and eat it off the back of the bike out of the Touring bag down where everyone parks and fishes right by the Burlington Bristol Bridge.....turned Chili onto that little ritual when we first met and she would come visit me...still got one his old menus hanging in the garage !

.......Ahhhhhhh...those were the good ol dazeeeee..  cooldude

In all honesty however if it involves drinking and riding , I would prefer not too, but please feel free to post info for anyone who would like to attand.

As far as a local ride for folks in NJ and PA, Im free on August 6, my wife is away :-) and I wont be getting comments on what time I got back, so works best for me

Dave
You are more than welcome to stay at my house if you want to stay overnight.

Im also free on Aug 7, 13, 14 ......I thought July might be too soon since there are a few folks expressing interest? We can ride to Lambertville / New Hope ? Throw some dates an locations on the table gents

I have been doing this for about 5 years and the Riders rarely if ever drink., now our S.O.'s are a different story. Myself , it has been 30 years since I drank any alcohol.  The ride covers some beautiful country, great views, food and is always a good time.

I use to have a web site, but no more. Here is a link to the Shawangunk Wine Trail, toward the bottom on the left there is a link to a map.  The ride between the wineries is beautiful and some of the vineyards have great views.

I've been on that "Winery Trail Tour".......The only thing better than roads and the views on that ride is the folks on that ride!! Bonzo, Oss, G-Man and their ladies are a pleasure to ride with and to share a day with.......I'll be watching for the post, Bonzo.......Hope to see you guys soon.....also love to meet up with some of the "Southern NJ" gang!!
