Searching the Old Tech Archives

Hi all:

I'm trying to use the search engine in the Old Tech Archives, but it will not produce anything. I've tried a number of times with simple, easily found terms, and when I hit enter, it either locks up and stays in spin cycle, or produces nothing.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or found a workaround for the problem?

It's working fine for me. Be careful what you search for, I used two words and got 72,000 results. One word, alternator and had 2239 results. I'm guessing if you used several words you overloaded your own system and crashed.

There is no problem. The left hand side of the screen is busy populating items from the search, but doesn't show it.

A little embarassed on this end.
