It's been for sale for well over a year.

You'd have to sell a LOT of T-shirts and cheap hot dogs to make any money.

A little bit of paint and about 1 million in  investment in things such as a small motel, eatery, marketing and adspace on a website for products for motorcycles and Viola

lose more money than you can ever expect to make.

If I had a lot of money to blow and want to have fun with the cycle crowd I would just go riding more.
