Here a a few pictures of a trip I took this past July. 6150 miles in 16 days with the stating and ending point being the Jersey Shore. Present on this trip were my cousin Mike on a HD Road King and me on the Valk Interstate. Missing on this trip was my brother Don who passed on last December.

I called this years trip the first annual Don McMahon memorial ride..He was with the both of us last year at Inzane IX in Colorado riding a 03 red Goldwing. He was with us this year in our thoughts...and we hoisted the first beer of each evening in his memory.

I couldn't make Inzane X this year because of this trip but I do intend to make next years Inzane............where ever it is.

That being said .

Here's Lake Louise just north of Banff , Alberta

Here's some shots taken on the Icefields Parkway on the way to Jasper, Alberta

Here's a few from Glacier National Park on the Going to the Sun Road

Tough trip to make I'm sure, but the beauty of it I hope made up for it just a little bit. We took that same trip a few years ago, my wife and I, thanks for the memories. I remember when we stayed at Lake Louise, there was a guy playing one of this big, long, Alpine horns. He was also dressed up in Alpine garb. Later we were having a drink out back by the lake and he was playing out there, and made the mistake of asking her if she had a request. She asked if he knew The Yellow Rose of Texas. He just smiled and walked away.  Smiley
