Howdy,

I would like some advise on directions traveling from South Jersey (08270) to Gatlinburg TN (37738).

We will be leaving mid Oct. I would like a smooth but some what direct route. We'll probably stop in

 North Carolina somewhere.

                                   THANKS,

Wayne, here's what Yahoo maps says.

http://maps.yahoo.com/#mvt=m&lat=37.71652&lon=-79.12831&zoom=8&q1=08270&q2=37738

What I would do is follow the map to Front Royal (or Winchester) VA and get a room, then take Skyline Drive to Blue Ridge Parkway for as long as you'd like.  If that's too slow, get off and go West to a road like 220 or 219 South.

Hi Wayne,

Where in Woodbine are you?

Are you caging it, or taking the bike?

When leaving NJ, just turn left. Just that simple. Grin
