Heck yeah it is!  More than likely, you could at least talk them down to $10K.  $5K/bike is a good deal, especially considering one of them only has 18K miles on it.

You could keep one of them, sell the other one for $6000, and basically be riding around on a $4000 nice Valk.

Now if only I had $10K...
