If he'd had a box or something to jump up on as the bike was heading up the ramp he might have made it. Looks like it pulls off as the bike is heading above him. Makes sense.
He clearly had friends standing by (strap girl, camera guy, laughing guy) so why is he trying to load it like he's alone? Make those friends push folks!

Maybe it was for some kind of comedy act?

Next I want to see him "milk" a rattlesnake or gather honey from wild bees!!

Thanks Joe, that was a riot. Grin

Jabba mentioned that he rode his dirt bike into the back of the truck, which brings up a story. When I was younger several of us used to ride dirt bikes at Turkey Bay which is a huge off road riding area located in the land between the lakes area in Kentucky. Both my brother and I would always load our bikes into the pickup by riding them in. One day after loading our bikes, a group of guys came over and commented how cool it was that we could do that. We told them it was not to be cool but because we did not want to have to push them up the steep ramp. Pretty soon we noticed them loading their bikes and we watched as the first guy started up his ramp on a Yamaha DT 259. About 3/4 of the way up he changed his mind and let off the throttle. He powered out and down he went with the bike landing on top of him. The next guy took his turn, hit the ramp full throttle and I must say he made it up the ramp! - into the back of the cab and the rider went over the top and landed on the hood of the pickup. He thought he broke wrist but I don't know if he did or not. The other three decided to push their bikes up. It was a very funny sight and I am glad no one was hurt worse.
