How do you keep the top of the  Hopnel 3- bag from falling forward  , I have it mounted on a Memphis Fats windshield ? I have used the double sided tape and it seems to buckle and peel off  after a while , causing the bag to lean forward at the top ..... I don't want to use any type of glue on the plastic .... is there a more permanent type of tape around ?       Thanks Old Geezer Richard

I have used the bolts from the windshield horizontal stainless steel strip.  You may have to obtain longer ss bolts and washers from the local hardware store to do so but it works to keep the bags in place.

Hey Six Packer , the bag is bolted to the windshield already at the strip at the bottom , but the top part of the whole leather strip is pulling away from the double sided tape .... I don't think drilling any holes in the windshield would look too swift , but it would ix the problem .... do you have any pictures of your bags how you have them fixed to the windshield  you could send ....

OG--sorry I don't have any pix and, besides, that '99 bike is now gone--traded on an '04 Wing that is now gone also so I could return to a beloved Valk.
What I meant to say in the previous post was to lower the bag on the bolts by utilizing new holes in the leather if you can visualize that.  This would allow the bags to be lower and not sag.  Just my $.02
