Those were the two guys that left the Jefferson Airplane
years ago. Only saw them once in San Diago years ago.
A mix of jazz and rock I guess.

I had the chance to pick up a Viking Hagstrom bass like Kokonen plays on how long ,when in CDN many moons ago. laugh
on a valk note, its back together. the new bearings roll like a charm cooldude

Early 70s I was living in Key West hanging around on Duval St and periodically attending high school.

graduated HS in 73

Walked by a outdoor deck while checking out SUNY Buffalo July 73 wasnt sure I wanted to go there, and saw and heard this old black fella playing  like I never heard that stuff ever before.

Some chick told me he was Muddy Waters, didnt mean anything but I climbed over the fence with her and listened all evening,

Pretty much everything after that is a blur for that year, at 17 I was too young to drink legally in a bar but on campus it was cool so did almost everything else that was put down in front of me for several years.  Never did thank the gal properly for that evening

Those were great years I wish I remember more about them cooldude

was full time at Valencia college in Orlando , just got drafted A1 .twas the time when my friends brothers were coming back from indochina (or not!) minus a limb or two.
hot tuna was such a breath of fresh air, simple accoustic , great sound . a change from electric lady land and the beattles of course there was cream. at the time the sorority sisters kept playing -i ll be there - by some little kid ,on the student center juke.
no didn t go to nam ,I sweated all the way to my defferement hearing.
(full time student)
of course we know that Jack Casady played the bass and Jorma Kaukonen the guitar tickedoff 2funny crazy2 8 track not 4 crazy2
