 Undecided

Easy one.   Wink

Changing my oil in about 1000 miles.  Have brand of oil I will use, but will keep that to myself as I know everyone has their own opinion.  Have used OEM filter without any problems. I have a Hiflofiltro Oil Filter sitting on shelf.  Has anyone used this or have any thoughts good or bad??

Thanks

I imagine this is just as subjective as what oil you use.  Your Hiflo is probablly just as good as anything.  I personally use Hondaline automotive filters that I purchase in sixpack  (www.handa-accessories.com/elementmaint.html) because I have three honda vehicles that take the same filter.

My local service shop sells the HiFlo filters. They use them in all their oil changes. I use Purolator Pure One PL14610 in the Valk. A PL14612 is a shorter version if you want an original size.

Best bang for the buck .... Wal-Mart SuperTech ST6607 (short) or ST7317 (long), about $3. Made by Champion.
