I'm just going to post a link to our pics at photo-bucket instead of posting them on the board.  It just takes too long to post them with my slow internet connection.

Sorry they're not better organized and labeled. Just seems like time is always separating what I want to do from what I can get done.

About the pics.

The pics with the rainbow behind the bikes were taken in Idaho and the mountains you see in the background are the Grand Tetons.

The moose. Andy spotted the moose just after we had passed from Idaho back into Wyoming, we parked beside the road and he snuck into the woods a little ways to get the pics, guess it pays to be a bowhunter. Still, I think the moose knew something was there and was headed for parts unknown pretty quickly.

The bear and most of the bison were in Yellowstone. Most of the waterfalls were in Glacier National Park along the "Going to the Sun Highway" which featured lots of road construction and 30 minute delays. We didn't really mind the delays, they gave us a chance to take pics and visit with the riders and cagers we were sharing the road with.

Most of the snow was on the Beartooth Highway which was probably the best road of the trip. There was a lot of road construction on it too and in several places it was reduced to a one-lane dirt road with a "lead car" to lead groups of cars and bikes through the construction. It was way cool but there are parts of it I wouldn't want to ride it in the dark. We met the guy on the victory during one of the long construction delays. He bought it from a dealer on the West coast so he could fly there and ride it back to the Eastern Mountains where he lived.

We stayed one night in Jackson Hole and one night in Cody Wyoming. The road between Yellowstone and Cody was an excellent road for riding if you could avoid the times of heavy traffic.

We had planned this as a 14 day trip but I could only get 9 days off work so it went from a leisurely trip to a much faster paced trip but it couldn't have been much more fun. However the pace and the long days did cause us to try to cram a lot of memories into our heads in a very short amount of time. Time will show us how well that works out!

Mr. Frye enjoyed your pictures.  It looked like a great trip.  I'm envious.  Was this trip just recent.  How much rain did you run into?  I see you hit the Custer Battlefied.  I think its kind of funny the opened an Indian Casino next door to it.  But Gerry Owen is down the road from it I often wonder who was the rascal who named that town!  Well done!  Linedog cooldude

We went the first week of August and hit very little rain, 5000 miles of ridin' and only 300 miles or so of rain. We took I90 there and brought I95 back and came home vie Upper and Lower Michigan. We spent more time at the Custer Museum than we did at the battlefield but your not allowed to take pics inside the museum.

Taking the helicopter ride over Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore was awesome. Man, helicopters maybe cooler than bikes.
