Thank god we've now put our healthcare in the hands of such steller geniuses who approve of this kind of spending. Thank you so much, everyone who voted for Obama. I sure can't wait for them to raise my taxes even more for such wonderful programs! |

However rumor has it, and I have not confirmed this on snopes, that the washing is done by our own nurse who had gone awol Can anyone confirm this for me? At least now we can stop looking for the poor lass if thats where she ended up Had been trying to find her to send to jj or gordon, sorry fellas :'(  but once she spent time with Momz it was all over for that kind of money, maybe I should fly to Africa and take a shower for my share of the Obama dollars |

Unfortunately, if one were to review government grant spending over the last 40 years, you would see thousands of examples as ridiculous, if not more ridiculous, as this one. Once grant money is in the hands of the grantee, they can usually use it at their discretion.
