I looked up the license plate and it showed a Carrollton address.

As to T-Roy, he has some 'splanin to do if it's his.  From the ebay listing:

"The only reason I changed them out was the girlfriend said I was making my bike look like an old mans bike and she wasnt as "bad" as she was with all the leather."

Those bags are just like the ones we put on Joes bike.  They were original to a Vulcan 1400.  The bolt pattern is identical to the valk.  I gave $125 for the set we bought. L
