Beautiful east Tennessee ( GOD'S Country )

« on: September 18, 2010, 03:56:31 AM »

We took Presley to the Tennessee Valley Fair last night she had a blast  Smiley  Took a few pictures to share with you folks of the VRCC that's watched her from being in NICU at birth to the beautiful wild child she is today. Last time I posted a " Watch Her Grow " she was starting pre-school and not liking it at all she is doing better with school now however she still has her moments  Smiley  Her teacher told my daughter " She's a handful "  Smiley and after chasein' her all over the fair grounds last night it's true she is a handful  Smiley .

This kid loves animal's and we made several passes through the petting zoo last night.

I only got a few pictures of her on the rides and after dark my camera did'nt do very well .

As always when I post a " Watch Her Grow " I'd like to thank the VRCC members that had Presley in your thoughts and prayers when she was born and in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit ....I'll never forget y'all  cooldude

always great to see her grow.
A "handful"?, could it be she gets that from grandpa?
It is great to see how kids are so filled with wonder.
Stay being a proud grandpa!

Hey Smokey Joe, have ya ever got up to the graveyard for the Mack trucks?

I'd still like to get a Bulldog if ya get close to it.

Tanx Brother.

PS:    You think she is a handful now, wait 2 more years and you will have a wild cat by the tail.....     Been there and doing it again........    However, wouldn't trade the moments for anything.   Enjoy............... angel cooldude coolsmiley tickedoff 2funny

I've not forgot that RJ the old trucks are outside Clarksville, Tennessee on US Goverment property and that property borders Fort Campbell Army Installation...I've only got within 25 miles of that place since we talked about the " Bull Dog " ....Whenever I can  cooldude

Joe,
I was not a member of this board when your granddaughter and your family and friends went through her challenging times.  One thing for sure and I can seee it from the posts you write about Presley that there is nothing more precious in life than children and grandchildren ( Ihave two).

Not to mention this is a two way street and she feels the same about you

She has a great gramps too

Joe, she is absolutely beautiful. My favorite picture is her milking the cow. You probably don't remember but I emailed you a long tome ago about the miracle we had with two of my grandsons who had special problems at birth. There were many tense moments but with great doctors and God's touch they are both 5 yrs old now and in kindergarten and doing great. The one who's father bailed when he found out about the problems, is Grandpa's little buddy and sticks very close to me, what a blessing. At least a dozen times a week I hear "PaPa, take me for a ride on your bike" and I love every minute of it. All 5 of my grandchildren are precious to me but for the two we doubted would even make it they are super-special. Grandchildren show us unconditional love and are not old enough yet to see all our faults (LOL). I am so happy for you and all of your family. Hef
