Entered my '00 Standard in a small local show yesterday. Nothin realy special about my motorcycle,YELL/BLK, some chrome, but basically stock. About 20 motorcycles, mostly HD & 2 streched custom choppers.
What i thought was interesting was that kids 5-8 yrs old wanted their pictures taken on the VALK.
Also drew a lot of attention from the 45+ crowd. Funny thing tho, the 25-35 yr. old dudes would ooooh & ahhhh over the choppers, but their women would be casting sly glances @ my VALK.
My VALK took 3rd place overall & got a plaque for the KID'S CHOICE.
1st place overall went to an '04 V-Rod with a CVO paint scheme.
