I did a search and found just a little discussion of the possibility of too much brake fluid in the resivoir, which is not my problem.  I am rebuilding (mostly cosmetic) a tourer, and while up on the lift, I tried to spin the front wheel and find that the front brakes are rubbing very bad.  I must mention that this gril has been out of commission for some time and sat for about 2 years, without being ridden (sad girl).
I have not touched the front brakes, nor replaced front tire as it is new.  What suggestions would you have?  It does not look like she needs new pads on front - only rear.
Is there are quick way of freeing up the front brakes?
Thanks.  Mike.

Pull the front callipers, pop the pistons and clean them up. Clean all the pins and re-assemble with some anti-seize . I finished rebuilding my standard about 4 months ago and it was in a similar  condition and that cured it.
